wMobile

wMobile enables users to have live wireless access to a GoldMine based CRM system from their handheld device. wMobile contains full contact management features enabling a user to review existing CRM information as well as to provide updates on the fly.

• Supported devices include all Blackberry models, Treo 600, 650 and 700w, Pocket PC models such as Samsung i730. All major carriers are supported.
  
• wMobile is accessed through a firewall on ports 80 for HTTP and 443 if HTTPS / SSL is implemented for secure traffic.
  
• wMobile is installed on a Windows 2003 or 2000 Server with IIS 6 or 5. Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 SP1 Device Update 4 will be installed to generate ASP.NET pages. Microsoft MDAC 2.8 is required.
  
• wMobile installs a GoldMine licensing and login service on an existing GoldMine file
  server.
  
• wMobile accesses data from the existing GoldMine SQL 2000 Database service.

Tapi Link for GoldMine

Tapi Link for GoldMine enables GoldMine users to dial calls automatically and to present a caller's contact details when the phone rings (CTi capabilities). Once installed, Tapi Link becomes an integral part of GoldMine and enables users to dial directly from within GoldMine using a variety of methods, and to present calling party contact details when the phone is ringing. It searches not only the main telephone number (Phone1) but any other telephone number associated with that record (Phone2, Phone3) as well as all numbers listed under the Additional Contacts Tab. This process is entirely automatic -- which means that it doesn't matter whether your contact is calling from their business office, their mobile phone or even their home office. If you have their number listed on the GoldMine record, Tapi Link will present the information you require.

Tele-Support HelpDesk

BounceLinker

When an email is sent to an email address with a bad address, the SMTP server mail administrator sends it back with the bad email address somewhere in the body of the message and because the "From" email address is the mail administrator and not the bad email address, GoldMine can't link it to the original contact.  

Usually that means visually looking for the email address in the body and then searching GoldMine for it.

With BounceLinker, there is no need to search for the bad email addresses in GoldMine.  BounceLinker can do it all for you!

Don't forget: This is not just an administrative headache in GoldMine. Continuing to send email blasts to large numbers of contacts can bring your company to your SMTP server's attention. You could become flagged as a spammer and actually sued by your provider!

With BounceLinker, there is no reason to send repeated emails to bad addresses and take that risk - clean it up instead and send smaller blasts with valid addresses.

You will never have to re-type your customer information. QuoteWerks can also search your entire GoldMine database to find the contact that you want to use in the quote. When you have found the contact, QuoteWerks will list the GoldMine primary and secondary contacts (secondary contacts are listed under the Contacts tab in GoldMine, and usually contain ship to addresses) allowing you to easily use primary and secondary contacts in your quote.

QuoteWerks also pulls other GoldMine contact information into the quote.
When you select the GoldMine contact to use in the quote, the innovative DataLink feature can automatically pull other information from GoldMine into the quote such as customer terms, customer sales tax rate, customer profile etc. Customer profiles can be used by QuoteWerks to determine the appropriate pricing a particular customer should receive.

DbNetGrid

DbNetGrid is a web based reporting tool that makes it easy to present database information in a web browser.
